We shall regularly send your point consumption information directly and free of charge to your email or mobile phone. You may choose whether you want this service when you fill in the point card application. You may also visit www.cndhotels.com or download the APP of C&D HOTELS to browse your membership account details or activities and update your personal information. You may inquire your points at any time by following C&D HOTELS on its WeChat public account.
Your points may be redeemed only for "room nights" or "guest room upgrading" at C&D HOTELS. When your valid points reach the redemption value, they may be redeemed at the points needed for guest room or accommodation upgrading shown on the official website of C&D HOTELS. The points shall be used on a "first earned, first redeemed" basis, and they may be used for others’ "room nights" or "guest room upgrading". The points shall not be redeemed into cash and shall not be used as advance payment, earnest money or deposits. When the points are redeemed for "room nights" or "guest room upgrading", C&D HOTELS shall not issue invoices and you shall not earn points.
